We think it’s necessary that you shouldn’t wait a long time to receive your order, which is why we offer complimentary U.S. domestic shipping on all orders, free 2-day shipping on orders over $75. You will receive an email shipping notification and a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing your order before shipment.


The customer is responsible for payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. If you have any questions or problems during checkout, please email and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Kindly note that we cannot accommodate resize requests for international customers.


In stock pieces and orders cancelled within 30 days are eligible for a full refund. All made-to-order pieces are subject to a 30% restocking fee. To avoid the restocking fee, customers may opt for a 100% in-store credit. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us of your return within 30 days of your order's receipt.

International returns are welcomed but return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 3-5 business days after we have received your return for the funds to return to the account used as your original payment method.

If you are unsure of your ring size, you can get your fingers sized at most local jewelry stores. Kindly note that we cannot accept exchanges due to incorrect sizing. We offer resizing for a $45 fee to all customers in the US.

It is required that you track all shipments and package your return securely. Sentient is not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit.

If you would like your ring sized up or down there is a $45 fee. Customer is to pay shipping. Repairs/sizing may take 1-4 weeks.
